Fixed Mobile Convergence

Among the liveliest trends in wireless communications is the convergence of fixed-location and portable devices and the networks that serve them. Fixed Mobile Convergence is built around an irresistible vision in which a seamless handoff occurs between calls and data transmissions between broadband IP fixed-line and mobile networks.

Camiant’s PCRF, the Multimedia Policy Engine (MPE), supports more standard and proprietary interfaces to network gateways than any other vendor, including products from leading GGSN, CMTS, BNG and DPI/optimization vendors.
