•	Senior Staff Accountant

Qualifications

•	BS in Accounting, or Business Administration with Major or Concentration in Accounting.
•	4-5 years general accounting experience in software industry.
•	Strong understanding of core accounting principals.
•	Spreadsheet and accounting software skills. Experience with SAP Business One a plus. Must be able to quickly master computer software packages.
•	Quick learning, self-starter and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

•

Management of monthly closing process.

•

Internal/External financial reporting.

•

Assistance in the preparation of external financial statements.

•

Cost accounting and associated monthly journal entries.

•

Perform translation and consolidation of foreign results.

•

Maintenance of GL account structure and associated reporting systems.

•

Support/management of annual external audit.

•

Assist in the preparation of supporting schedules for annual tax returns.

•

Oversee company equity, including:

•	SFAS123r accounting
•	Maintenance of equity records
•	Preparation and coordination of employee stock options

•

Daily supervision of Staff Accountant responsible for:

•

Ad hoc reporting and other projects
