Location: Europe Travel Requirement: 65-70%
Role and Responsibilities:
•
Technical support for the implementation of Camiant and associated partner network solutions
•
Technical lead for lab testing, installation, deployment, and ongoing production management of Camiant products and applications for key mobile accounts
•
Serve as prime Camiant technical interface to key mobile accounts at a detailed Camiant product operational level. Ability to effectively communicate product status to customer as well as internally to Camiant.
•
Firm understanding of Camiant’s existing product set and future roadmap deliverables to be able to effectively communicate to customer
Skills Required:
•
Hands-on and fluent knowledge of LINUX/UNIX
•
Hands-on, technical fluency with:
- GSM Wireless Data Networks and equipment (SGSN/GGSN for UMTS/HSPA)
- Knowledge of 3GPP IMS all-IP network evolution for cellular wireless telecommunications
networks, differentiation between application and network layers in an IMS architecture and
key functional roles of major IMS components.
- Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) and SIP / RTP protocols
- Maintain friendly professional rapport with customers
•
Experience working with and supporting Tier 1 Mobile Operators within the EMEA territory
•
Strong communication/interpersonal, specifically:
- Report project and customer status to internal account team
- Manage customer expectations
- Provide product status to customers in a timely fashion
•
Excellent organization and scheduling skills required
- Ability to self manage and still work within a team
- Ability to demonstrate success in working remotely in a dynamic environment
